We require a Release of Liability form for most of our events throughout the year. We ask that you please print, complete, and turn in the form provided in the link below. Please note that this form will be applied to all events and activities with Christian Challenge from August 2026 until August 2027. We will keep your form on file so that you will only need to complete the form once each year.
