DESCRIPTION:We hope you’re excited for this weekend! Look below to find out everything you need to know.  And if you still need to sign up for the weekend\, please read through the details and complete the google form below. \nPACKING:\n> We encourage you to bring a Bible and anything you might need for taking notes.\n> We will be outside for a couple of fun activities on Saturday\, so you will want to bring appropriate clothing.  We will be outside for a bit of friendly competition from 11:00am to 12:30pm.  No running or mess is involved\, so whatever you’re wearing the rest of the day will be fine.  Just have some warm layers to accommodate whatever the temperature will be that morning.  And later that evening\, from 4:30 to 6:00PM we will be snow tubing.  So please bring some clothes appropriate for cold and snow.\n> If you’re spending the night at one of the houses\, please bring a sleeping bag\, blankets\, pillow\, towel\, toiletries\, or whatever you’ll need to sleep and get ready each morning. \nFORMS:\nEveryone will need BOTH of the following forms…\n> Click here to download and print the Liability Form for Christian Challenge.\n> Click here to download and print the waiver for snow tubing. \nLOCATION / SCHEDULE:\nFriday—7:00PM—Come ready for dessert followed by our first teaching session.  Meet us at 6722 Oasis Butte Dr. (Please leave all of your items for spending the night in your car\, but you will want to bring in your Bible.)\nSaturday—8:00AM—For those not spending the night\, join us at your assigned house for breakfast followed by our men’s and women’s sessions.  Men will meet at 3121 Jon St. and women will meet at 3801 Manchester St.  The rest of the day will be filled with food\, fun\, teaching\, and worship.\nSunday—9:00AM—Everyone will meet up for breakfast and our final session.  We will meet at 6722 Oasis Butte Dr.  (We will dismiss by noon.) \nPAYMENT:\nIf you still need to turn in your $25 payment\, you can either click here to pay through Venmo or bring cash on Friday night.  (Please submit Venmo payment just as you would pay a friend.  Since we are not a business\, this payment is not for a good or service.  We are a non-profit\, and your payment is only covering a portion of our costs for the weekend.) \n**ADDITIONAL DETAILS ARE PROVIDED BELOW THE GOOGLE FORM** \nLoading… \nOTHER DETAILS:\nDon’t miss out on this year’s Winter Retreat!  We’ve got a fun-filled weekend planned that will grow your relationship with Jesus and others who attend. We will meet at 6722 Oasis Butte Dr at 7:00PM on Friday\, February 3rd\, and we end by noon on Sunday\, February 5th. \nWe’re staying in Colorado Springs to keep costs low\, but don’t let that lower your expectations at all!  We’re going to have a great time and you won’t want to miss a minute of it.  The entire retreat will cost you only $25\, which will be an incredible bargain for everything you can expect…4 meals\, snacks\, snow tubing\, a team challenge\, a variety of teaching and worship sessions\, and endless opportunities for fun and laughter with other students. \nWe are also offering an option for lodging on both Friday and Saturday nights to help keep the fun going.  The guys are invited to stay at 3121 Jon St. and the ladies are invited to stay at 3801 Manchester St.  Anyone planning to spend the night will need to bring a sleeping bag\, pillow\, towel\, toiletries\, etc. \nYou will definitely want to plan on bringing warm clothes for the tubing\, and apart from that just plan to dress accordingly for the weather.  As the retreat gets closer\, we will let you know of any other specifics that might help you in your packing/planning. \nA liability form is required for all participants prior to the retreat.  (If you attended our Fall Retreat\, there’s no need to submit another form.)  Click here to download the liability form\, and then turn in your completed form to a staff member before the retreat.  Liability forms are also available at the merch table. \nEither sign up below OR at the merch table on Tuesday nights.  The deadline to sign up AND to turn in your $25 payment is Tuesday\, January 31st. \nPayment Options:\n1-CASH: You can give your cash payment to any Christian Challenge staff during our weekly Bible study.\n2-CHECK: You can make checks payable to BCM of Colorado Springs and turn it in to our staff.\n3-VENMO: From your smart phone\, go here.  (If the link doesn’t work\, search for Christian Challenge or @Pay4CC on your Venmo app.) \n
